Code of Conduct

Nota Bene:

The following code of conduct is not legally binding and enforceable in its current form. However, all users of the Druidward website (whatever country or territory they are accessing it from) must acknowledge it. In the event of a lawsuit or any legal action, they may be held accountable for not complying with its rules.

 This code of conduct (hereinafter referred to as 'the Code of Conduct') establishes rules for every user to comply with when using the website located at the address '', including any associated pages starting with '' (hereinafter referred to as 'the Website').
Every user (hereinafter referred to as 'User' in their singular form, or as 'Users' in their plural form), even if not registered, is considered a User whenever they connect to the Website, and is deemed to have agreed to comply with the following rules of the Code of Conduct.
The Code of Conduct is made public for every User to acknowledge, and may be easily accessed through the Website by clicking on the link entitled "Code of Conduct" located in the footer of every page of the Website.
The rules mentioned below are meant to guarantee good experience for the community, including any casual user. Consequently, Druidward may take the following actions against Users who violate any of these rules:

- block or delete any such registered account,

- prevent access to the Website in any way,

- file a lawsuit if necessary. 

The Code of Conduct establishes the following rules for every User to comply with:

1. Users under the age of majority, which is legally defined by the country or territory that they are legally bound to, must obtain the consent of their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before using the Website in order to ensure their safety, most especially before engaging themselves in discussions with any other User;

2. Users must not publish any visual, written, or audible content that may reasonably be deemed NOT SAFE TO READ, WATCH OR LISTEN TO, considering that the Website may be accessed by children or sensitive people, including but not limited to any content which may reasonably be regarded as not suitable:

- for containing materials of pornographic or sensual nature,

- for containing swear words or expressions of such nature in any language,

- for being illegal under French laws and regulation (e.g., using content without proper license or legal authorization, including memes),

- for being illegitimate in respect with common sense (e.g., shaming an individual in any way for their lifestyle, belief, or other traits),

- for being unwanted (e.g., acting in any way which may be identified as advertising, spam, unverified or misleading information);

3. Users must behave respectfully with their peers and any other individuals;

4. Users must not act illegally in respect with French laws and regulation;

5. Users must not own more than one account;

6. Users must not use a nickname infringing anyone's Copyright or damaging anyone's integrity (e.g., impersonating fictional characters or any public figure).
